MY LITTLE LADYBUG 2 PAGE LAYOUT

I thought  it would be fun to make the previous ladybug photo mat to the next level by making it into a two page layout. Here's what  I came up wit. What do you think?  I again used pattern # 30. Right now you can buy this pattern at the paper piecing store for 50 cents.

IT'S A POOL PARTY

Tonight I was thinking about summer and came up with this fun pool party invatation.  I used 5 Precious Piecing patterns,  They are  435 Summer Girl,  447 Beach Flamingo,   467 Pool and Life Saver, 690 Full Tree, and 796   Hill Billie Teen . Here's wishing all your pool parties be this much fun.

MY LITTLE LADYBUG

My Little Ladybug is for the weekend Challenge at Preciouspiecings.com.

 As the snow fell outside my window this morning a Lucky Ladybug landed on the flower I have near my computer. It was a sign to remind me that Spring is on its way.

 I made up some flowers and pieced together the little lady bug which is pattern # 030.

  The lettering came from a couple of Cricut cartridges.

 If you love ladybugs Lisa at Precious Piecings has  at least 5 ladybug  like patterns.They are numbered  030,364,343,630,and 693.

For this fun card I use 2 of Ms Lisa's Precious Piecing Patterns. They are #034 mice pic 2( this pattern as 3 differant mice in it,Bonus yeah) and the 2nd pattern is # 310 Jungle Babies Elephant.

TIP FOR THE DAY:   Group together several differant pattern designs to create a fun look on your projects.

WE ARE FAMILY

I heard that song not sure of the title but is goes along something like this We are family, Brothers and Sisters , ya that's all I can remember. Anyway the tune is stuck in my head which is good because it inspired me to make this fun quick Family tag. I love how Lisa's  Precious Piecings patterns piece together so easily.This card used 2 patterns they were # 789 Jac and 790 Ed. The bling Family border is from Michaels dollar bin. The whole tag took maybe 20 minutes to make. Fun and easy who could ask for anything more.

GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN

Thought it would be fun to make a card for the Weekend Challenge.*using buttons*  As I pawed thru my button stash I found these purple and green one. I love these colors. when I saw the pink ribbon button I knew it would be a perfect match for The card.  I used the new Precious Piecings patterns # 788 Bell.

EGG HUNT

What is Spring without an Easter Egg Hunt? This 12 x 12 layout features 5 of  the Precfious Piecings Patterns .  they are 063 Easter Peekers There are 3 peekers on the pattern.I used only 2.  then I used 382 hiding Eggs, 690 Full Tree and 405 Easter Basket. I can hardly waith to add this years photos.

FIREMEN LIKE IT HOT

This was a fun layout to make. It features 4 of the Precious Piecings Patterns .  They are 785 Fireman,786 Fire truck, 751 Dog and 690 tree. The hot dogs were hand cut and the  grill came from  the Cricut cartridge From the kitchen.

This would be a fun page to add photos of the annual Firemans BBQ or Fire Safety week Photos.

GIRLY GIRL SECRETS

Mirror mirror on the wall who's got secrets? I now them all. This fun little notebook would be a perfect place for a little girl to  journal here inner mosts thoughts and secrets. What a fun place to write about who you are. For this mini book I used pattern number 455 mirror mirror girl.

I used pattern # 643 Monarch butterfly was used to make this 9 1/2 9/34 inch photo album.I cut the base from thin chipboard using my Cricut and the blue houseing and blade.The album is 24 pages and I made an accordian strip inside to attatch the pages to. For a big impact make your patterns large . Have fun. DT Cindy

Dinorific That's right. I bet you all know a terrific Kid that would love to recieve a special card made just for them. This was super easy. I made the Dinosaur really big and the card went together in about half an hour start to finish. I used pattern   #016 Dino

SPRING IS BLOOMING EVERYWHERE

Our April Fools Day Snow storm left 6 inches of cold wet slush. I had a real Spring hankering going on. I love the spring like colors of this paper. Pattern #032 Butterfly  was the perfect design to make me feel that Spring was in the air and soon we would see things Blooming all around us.  Yes Spring is here.

RUNNING ON HORSE POWER

                               

Here is another 2 page layout that will be for Matt's trucking album. It would work well for photos of you and your new, horse, horse riding pictures, car ,truck boat, tractor, lawnmower,big rig or anything with an engine. I used two patterns for this layout.

They were #061 Barnyard Peekers(this has 2 other characters on the pattern, a cow and a pig) and I used # 673 Cowboys Horse.

IT'S RAINING MEN DESIGN TEAM CHALLENGE

Matt was telling me a trucking story or two and inspiration hit me. Roadside Grill is the result. I used several patterns to make these pages come to life. They are #674 Camping Cowboy, #162 Campfire,#379 Stumpy I actually cut stumpy off his log and use just the log, and 062 the Chicken.
